Nimh was founded by Brian Shima, Jon Elliot and Jan Welch. The skate itself is a Razors Cult mold with a skin. The only difference between the Razors cult is the cut toe and the different soulplate. The brand was always marketed as a 100 skater owned company. Unfortunately things didn't work out between the owners. Many rumors are floating around the messageboards. Supposedly certain people within the company ripped off others.. Since 2011 Nimh is out of business.
