Where do you buy your Roces soleplates from? I can find no dealers selling them and Roces never responds to emails.

well i guess looks are a matter of opinion. if it was a good skate, i'm happy that you've got your hands on one because most people would discard it as junk. i just hate hate HATE the colour brown. so i think it looks average. performance, well that's a whole new ball game. could be the best skate ever for all i know.

you are right. the brown broskow m12 was produced by them, too. its a pitty, they never released the skate though. its like USD once made a red classic throne for rachard johnson, back around 99 or 2k, but released the skate for purchase for their anniversary in 2007.
Dude, I simply LOVE all your Customs!!! How do they skate? How did you manage to put those Roces soulplates in Chocolate's Boot?
Thanks boy. We here at DITISSOUL HQ love you right back. Putting on the soulplates on a rollerblade is A LOT more diffucult than doing it on a roces. The shell is a bit wider in the front so you have to put in a bit of effort. First of course take the soulplate, frame and liner off. The easiest way to take the frame off is drilling for 3 seconds/rivit and than give them a big jam with a tool i think is called a "hum"
Sometings concerning what you have said: 1 - Edwards's Chocolate was release in the same time Edwards's Trooper was and they both were some kind of "improved Tarmac CE" with just half grind plates, a sort of soulplate and lower cuffs, but I guess they had no big success. You can see both skates in these ads from a Brazilian magazine back in 1996. Edwards's Chocolate Ad Edwards's Trooper Ad EXTRA Roces Ad(featuring oldschool Arlo Eisenberg)
The pictures don't work unfortunatly. good to know the year there from because I wasn't sure about that.
2 - You also said these ones were the only brown skates Roces aver produced and I guess you are kind of wrong, because you can see in the picture above that alex broskow is using an one-of-a-kind brown Roces M12. Dude, keep up with the good work, you ROCK!
I do remember that skate but I don't really think it counts because the production wasn't in a serie, but you do have a good point.

It also says something about us putting our soul in this sport and our activities for ditissoul.

But anyway, I have never seen a private messaging system on skatesetup.com and you didn´t reply in our guestbook, so what are you talking about?
The rollerblade shell is a bit wider than the roces one. It does have the same length. You should use a size 11/12 and put in a lot of effort to get it on instead of getting a size bigger. It takes more time and frustrations but the effort is worth it. We recomment forcing the plate against the shell and than tape it a lot of with ducktape so it stays in position. Than you can drill the wholes. Start the screwing at the front. If the plate is still to far from the shell then you should use longer screws at first to get the plate in place and than replace them one by one with the short ones. GOOD LUCK!!
