its pretty simple. first you have to get rid of the blanks connecting the frame and the boot from inside the boot. then get yourself a screwdriver and lever the frame away from the boot. make the holes in the boots soul a little bit bigger so that you can get the t-nuts from the soulplates inside an screw the soulplate to the boot:-) thats all
